Unable to play 3gp videos in gmail

Hello.

I have a Android Incredible and just recently I'm unable to play 3gp video's. I receive the following error msg in gmail: Sorry, this type of document is not supported for viewing. The file size is 2.5 mb.

Any ideas on how I can view 3gp video's on my Incredible? I have a 3gp file saved in my video's and plays with no issues. Phone has been updated to Android version 2.2
