Trying to sync my Galaxy Note 3 phonebook with my Car system

I have a '13 Kia Optima SXL. It is working with the phone but seems it can't download Phone numbers to car.
Is the some permission I have over looked. It worked fine with HTC Windows8 phone. Suggestions?

I don't know if there is a way to try this after you are already paired. I had a similar issue with a Sportage. I had to unpair the device and then start over. When I paired for the first time there was a message in the notification bar that I had previously ignored. It was asking for permission to download the phonebook. This time I allowed it to occur instead of ignoring it (it never popped up after the initial request for me). After that I've had 0 issues. Hope it works for you too.
