I recieved a notification to download the new software for my droid, and it loaded, but now it is stuck on the screen with the big white circle and the M in the middle.... It's been stuck for almost 3 hours... I keep taking the battery out and putting it back in, charging it, plugged it into the computer... none of the buttons work, not even the power button..

These people had the same issue: Help!! Can't get 2.2. update, frozen M logo

Looks like at least one had to return it and get a replacement, then it worked fine
