Touch Screen Issues On Gingerbread Leak

Is anyone else having touch screen issues on the gingerbread leak, I installed the 3 part Gingerbread, .591, then .595. Everything starts out smooth and then touch screen starts to lag, then becomes unresponsive. If I give it about 10 seconds its ok. I'm thinking there is an app that's running in the background and not playing well with Gingerbread but I'm not sure how to find it. Any input would be welcome. I'm willing to try anything before I have to go back to Froyo!!:icon_evil:

that happened to me when i overclocked too much, but i wasn't on the three parter.

Not overclocked at all right now, but appreciate the feedback.
