Orasion- I use the icons with launcher pro. Once you down load the icons I uploaded on Post#2... extract them to your memory card. I make a folder called icons and put everything in there... just to keep everything organized.
press on the icon you wish to change, from the pop up menu select change icon> custom icon... now select the icon from the gallery.
