You are less than 24 hours away from reaching the most significant "3" milestone - 3 minutes (nicotine still rushing through your veins, feeling good), 3 hours (ready for a cig!), 3 days (digestive changes, dreams, etc.), 3 weeks (it takes 3 weeks to break the psychological component of the habit), 3 months (you don't think about it much), 3 years (you are a non-smoker for sure!).
