Yes, that will work, assuming you're already on CM7-Gingerbread, not CM7-Froyo.

I can't get it to start on 9/08 build...I launch the app and it says it can't start the service and to try rebooting. Did that and it still can't start its service when launched. Just wiped data and rebooted but that didn't help, and uninstall/reinstall also did not fix it.

Are you having any issues w/LBE on 9/8 build?

Yes. Yes I am. I tried reflashing and a reboot but no dice. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still it won't work.

Sbf
Dl and install the ota
Root it with the d3 root method
Bootstrap, wipe and install cm7 and gapps
Reboot

i have the TBH app,

do i need to spf(dont really know how)

or do i flash revnumbers or official nightlies over this rom?

There are instructions to sbf in the links in my signature, as well as a link to the most recent version of RSDLite, which is software you will need to do the sbf.

Do not use the tbh sbf when trying to get the ota update. It will lockup your phone at bootloader. Use ezsbf.

I can't tell the difference to tell the truth. I do however know that I will never go back to stock unless absoultly necessary. All hail cyanogenmod!!!!

I've used the TBH 2.3.20 and 2.3.3 SBF ZIPs multiple times w/out issue...have not found them to cause any problems.
