SystemUI.apk Corrupted

I tried to flash a rom on my phone last night, and it corrupted my systemUI.apk. I tried to "push" another systemui.apk onto the system using root explorer. I got it into the system folder, but other than that, it's just sitting there, not doing anything, and wont install. Can someone please tell me how to fix this situation? I'm guessing I either need to find another copy of the original systemui.apk, which was deleted when this rom was flashed, or try somehow to do an SFB flash. I lost all notifications and my status bar, so I'm going to have a hard time making my phone go into usb mode. If anyone has any tips on that, it would be greatly appreciated.
