Sync between Outlook, Google Calendars using Mac?

Just got a droid incredible. Using a macbook at home for my work computer and would like to sync outlook and google calendar so i can view everything on the incredible. does anyone know if this is possible?

if not, are there any recommended calendar programs to use (free)? thanks.
