outlook calendar not syncing properly

When add or accept a new meeting on my PC (via outlook), it will add the event twice on my droid incredible. Also, any Facebook reminders/events will show up multiple times on my phone. In addition, if I delete a meeting/invite on my PC calendar, it won't delete it from my mobile. My Outlook calendar was working properly until about 2 weeks ago. I've tried rebooting, but that hasn't worked.

Any thoughts?

I am having this issue. If my meeting gets updated to a new date from my PC outlook. My Droid 2 wont update the event on my phone dont matter if it got deleted or changed to new date. I dont know what causes this. I am sync'd via Exchange too
