Swype page not working?

I've tried multiple times to get my swype information resent to me and have not gotten anything in my email - even in my spam folder. I emailed a general address at swype, but was wondering if anyone had some other way to contact thims? I'm not getting anything either by emailing info@ nor uill\ing out the form.

Any ideas?
