Speed dial Icon confirmation?

I have found that my butt cheeks have been trying to have a social life of their own by calling my friends that I have placed speed-dial icons on the homescreen for...

Is there anyway to force a "confirm dial" step on a speed dial (or call log entry for that matter) so that if you accidentaly press the icons, it won't do a direct dial out without you knowing it?

The best way would be to just lock the screen (aka, hit the power button) before placing it near your cheeks (at least the 'lower' ones.)

Aside from that, move them to the left or right screens to minimize the chance of hitting them while in your pocket.

I don't know of any 'confirm' abilities, that's kind of the point when you make the speed dial icon, getting rid of all of the extra taps requried to call them.

I dont know of anything out there for this. One extra step but you could just put them all in a folder on your desktop.
