smart actions + task manager = green power?

do smart actions + task manager supplant battery saver apps such as green power or juice defender?

Related question: do lost phone apps work better with the saver apps. Would seem there's an inherent conflict with one requiring GPS while the other turns it off

Smart actions is better than juice defender IMHO, only because it doesn't get in the way of anything. Task manage is important to use as well.. IMHO, it keeps things down to a minimum if you have things auto killed.

Jd can cause connectivity issues, has in the past for certain people. This is in my experience.

To fix the GPS issue, go into the battery saver in smart actions, delete the GPS rule, and the motion rule. Then it SHOULD work fine.
