Smart Action Interface Queston....

My wife and I have identical RAZRs....same OS version, etc.

Her smart Actions app looks and runs like it always has.
Mine now has bigger/different icons, no ability to quick touch on and touch off, and the Low Battery Saver has a green Suggestion.

Any thoughts on what may have transpired?

Go into manage apps, click on smart actions and check the version number. Then see if your wife's is newer or older

That was it. My is newer and not as good IMO. I'll be uninstalling that unless there is some benefit I have yet to discover.

I'm sure you could probably with a Google search find the apk file for the older version.
