I am using the smart action battery saver that has the action to restrict app data. I have it set to the smart restriction and have now gotten a triangle with an exclamation point in it in my notification bar.

How do I get rid of the symbol in my notification bar?

I also have the smart action notifications turned off.

Have you tried removing the smart action and re-setting it up. I use a few and they work great. But there is always the occasional glitch.
