Serious help needed, D3 stuck in bootloop

OK so I was downloading the Dolphin web browser and as soon as I opened it the phone rebooted and is now stuck in a boot loop where it goes from the red eye to the lock screen and then back to the eye. I am not rooted. A battery pull does not solve the issue, it keeps rebooting and I have no idea why. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

good you didn't break system lol turn off phone with battery pull put battery back in, open keyboard hold s and hit power keep holding s till your at the lock screen(will put you in safe mode) then uninstall the app from menu button/settings/applications/manage. skyfire did that to me till i was on the new update no idea why. i use dolphin exclusively so its compatible, maybe bad download? good luck.

Ended up have to do a hard reset.
