security settings too high, ??

I have been going into 2 website, using passwords and ID, now i cant login said my security setting need to be set lower to allow cookies, went to settings and checked box to allow cookies, even tried setting factory defaults. called Verizon they said it was the site, no it's not cause i can get onto the sites via a home computer just not my phone.

Have you tried to clear the cache for the browser? Is this the stock browser?
