Screenshots of peoples Droid desktops?

Still debating on whether to Root or not. Wanted to wait on the update but all of these custom ROM's that are on the site is making it difficult.

Just my opinion......... definitely root your phone! If you don't like it after you root, you can always unroot it. But, there are far many more things you can do with a rooted phone. The 2.1 update that is coming out for our phones basically sucks compared to the custom roms! Just my opinion

Those are SMS unread count. They got an update and work a ton better now

That's a keeper in my opinion. Looks good. I would just use bettercut to change around the icons.

Ok thanks lol i jus didnt know which one to pick from your list of widgets lol I searched contacts widget and got the wrong one. lol "Contacts Widget" sucks compared to "Contacts! Widget"

Yeah, it's Contacts! with the "!". I heard the other one sucks. I have my Facebook pictures downloaded to my phone for the photos to show. Not bad, I wanted 8 contacts to show up, so I just downloaded 8 pictures to my phone (except the one I left blank for now). I <3 this App!!

3rd shot I'm hoping to find a way to color those 3 widgets into a gold color, but not sure how. Also, can the borders on the picture frames be colorized?

Last page was pre-gold/carbon fiber icons.

jmonte, i like you setup, i am non-rooted, but have question, how do you set up the picture frames like that, is that app or something rooted app can do? also the four icons for brightness, wifi, gps, vibrate, is that an app too?

the picture frames are a stock widget built into your droid

the wifi ect that he is using is part of the beautiful widgets pack

Long press your home screen and select widgets , then picture frame.
there is a slideshow widget that will cycle through the pics in a folder you tell it to. VERY COOL I might add and that has replaced my picture frame widget
