What, where, and how did u get the glass icons and glass Pandora widget
I have shoeless 2.05 glass running and need this stuff to complete the look.

loving these rooted droid shots. I'm still waiting on 2.1, but I think after that I'm rooting mine.
Depending on what Moto/Google does with 2.1, you may not be able to root for a while if you install 2.1. A lot of times, updates will fix the holes used to root a phone and you'd need to wait for someone to find a way in again. I'd recommend rooting it while you have 2.0.1 and then waiting for someone to build a ROM with the official 2.1. Plus, if you are rooted with 2.0.1 and decide you want the official 2.1 when it finally comes out, you can go back to stock in minutes.

Thanks for the info. I will keep this in mind. It is not like I'm not happy with the phone as it is right now, but I like to tinker with things. If I find time, then I will probably root just to see if I will go OMG or not!:)

How come I can't find SweeterHome2 in the market? This home replacement looks awesome!!
Upon reading further into peoples' experiences with SweeterHome2, I came upon the conclusion that my constant FC and bugs might have been due to the structure of my previous theme.

I decided to make a new one after discovering a cool icon set with a template that allowed me to make some of my own. Went for a cleaner look this time. Click to enlarge:

Left screen:

Icons on bottom are for: widgets, medical apps, all apps, bookmarks, camera (zoom camera FX)

Main screen:

Icons on bottom are for: phone, favorite apps, all apps, browser, calendar/events

Right screen:

Icons on bottom are for: tools, social, all apps, media, games

I know this might be a nooby questions but...how do i get more than four screens?

either by running a rom or installing one of many home replacments off of the market place

i use Home++ personally but here is a list

Home++
GDE
PandaHome
OpenHome

Sweeterhome2 you have to get from the website i think sweeterhome on the marketplace has a link

edit: lol or the post above yours has a link to SH2 i wouldnt use it though personally it will take you forever to figure out thats why i dont

It's only available from their website SweeterHome - Start - sweeterhome.com

Looks great, if I had the time to customize everything about my phone's UI. From what I've seen, getting things the way I want them could definitely take some time.

Thanks... Is that Calender widget built in? It looks pretty sweet, I've been using Pure Calendar but might think about switching...

That is Pure GRID Calendar. I use it on mine. Same functionality as Pure Calendar...just in a month view.

How do you get Pure Grid to show the lines w/ colors corresponding to the calendars (On Ra's) opposed to just dots (like Loop4zils)?? The dots just bother me on mine ha

The line just corresponds with event duration, so the long lines are full day events and the dots are just events that last an hour or two probably.

Thanks a ton, I stumbled upon this website today at school and loved all of the many different desktops people had but I couldn't figure out how to get more than three windows. Thanks again :D

There is a selection in the setting called "Show events timeline"...check it and it will give you the little bars. you can make the time lines thicker by altering the "Time Line Height"

Yeah, it can take a lot of time to learn the ins and outs of SweeterHome2, but if you have the time and motivation to dedicate to it then you will find that nothing compares to it in terms of customizability. It really will allow you to do basically whatever you want to your home screens. You're just limited by your imagination.

It's still in beta so there are definitely quite a few bugs yet to be ironed out, but I still can't seem to give it up because nothing else comes close to offering me the flexibility that I would like to have from my home screen(s).

The top calendar is Pure Grid Calendar, also by the author of the Pure Calendar (agenda). The bottom half (which I've labeled "Upcoming Events") is very similar to the Pure Calendar Agenda that Francois offers, except that it isn't really as customizable. However, it DOES scroll and so it allows me to view all events that I have scheduled until the very end of the year. I can also click on each event to see more detailed information, just as in Pure Calendar Agenda. I think that the simple fact that it allows me to scroll to see more events than can fit in the space I allot it on the screen makes it so awesome.
