I keep seeing people with the time on there wallpaper. I can't seem to find how to so that. How do I do that?

Ughh got it. Duh...didn't realize there was an option to hide the current weather. What's the theme? Tick?

Its not part of the wallpaper its a widget. Download Minimal Text app I the market. Then you have to long press on the home screen and pick a certain size widget. From there you are given the options to customize the widget to your choosing. I like the clock function and the battery level.
