Screenshots of peoples Droid desktops?

Done in sweeterhome. The only widget in these screenshots is the beautiful widget.

I'm more about form than function. Sweeterhome allows up to 5 screens, but because of the way I have it set up I only use 1. First shot is normal home screen. 2nd shot is my apps drawer. 3rd shot is my games screen (apps at the top are my most commonly used so I have them pop up under a bunch of screens). 4th is my phone screen. The blurred stuff is direct dial links. 5th screen is my calendar and weather. I have other screens too (like my options and music screens) and if anyone wants to see them I'll post them too.

My first shot at customizing with sweeterhome. Next step is to use graphics instead of just button blocks. What do you guys think?
-I thought I was done organizing my droid...now I think I need sweeterhome!

I must have done something wrong with my SweeterHome install. I went to their website and downloaded the 2nd version for Droid and I got a horrible green screen with bad graphics and I couldn't figure out how to customize.

I actually like how it is slick on the first screen!!! I would want a clock and battery, but besides that, I love the quick links to everything. I would probably not use any of the other screen.

That is the ugly default theme. Hit Menu and choose Themes.. and it lets you download ones that others have created. Pick one that you like and then tweak it to your liking (or start from scratch)

Cool, thanks for the help! I will give it another try.

Home ++ issues have me looking for an alternative home replacement.

Sweeter Home is DEFINITELY different and to get exactly what you want it will take some time but if you can get the hang of it, you can create your dream homescreen IMO.

I still need to get the hang of it though lol

i'm running dxtop right now, but i often switch back to the default home. it's just so much more snappy and stable than any of the replacements. sometimes i just deal with it though. the extra home screens are a major factor, so maybe after 2.1 comes i'll stick with default.

Can u share ur wallpaper?

How is everyone getting screen captures? sorry for the dumb question.

thanks!

Through the use of the various home replacement apps being shown (dxTop, Home++, etc..).

You can also do it through the SDK easily (that's how I did it). You do have to copy the picture to a different program to eliminate any color issues (known issue), but it works really well, and it's free.
