Nice and simple. Background came from the wallpaper thread here on droidforums, if I recall correctly.

I feel like the right screen is way too crowded, so I'll probably throw all of those icons in a folder or something.

What icons? There's LOTS of icons on the home screens.

They are usually named (Apps,Games,Multimedia, Etc.). I think it's basically a folder with different apps in it. I basically want to do that, but i want to know the different apps that do that.
