Here's mine. I have the Weather Widget - Donate, Power Control, custom icons using Better Cut, and Home++. I want to make my status bar black and I'm working on getting the lockscreen clock font changed.

heres how to make your notification bar black and the pulldown to be transparent. http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-themes/7973-transparent-status-bar-shade-rooted-droid.html

you do need to be rooted for this though.

Here's my latest, I can't seem to get away from the red for the Droid.
I don't know if anyone know's this, but if you have the 2.1 rom, you can use something like Home++ like I have (or any other home replacement of your choice) then choose your wallpaper-as shown on my homescreen. Then choose a live wallpaper, it will not show on your homescreen, but IT WILL show on your lockscreen. So now when I play music in my car I just start the song, turn my phone off then back on and Wala, I can see my music on my lockscreen......

I only use 3 total screens. This one is my left most screen.

This is my primary Home screen.

Have tried a bunch of wallpapers - but decided I liked a clean white backdrop.

All of the small icons on the bottom row were created using the 4x1 More Icons widget - I just left gaps between the apps on the right so that easier to press the buttons (I could have put another 4 app icons there - but I think it made it too crowded).

The folders Internet and Music were made using Apps Organizer.

Hit the menu button then go to preferences then go to power strip preferences then button preferences and select or deselect what you do or dont want.
Simplified
Menu button>Preference>Power Strip Preferences>Button Preferences
