Can anyone point me to the application (a real link) that changes the third icon in the sense launcher? This is the one that currently goes to personalize. I would like to change it to something useful.

Yes, I have searched many forums, general googles, used numerous keywords and find lots of people talking about it but no link to the app.

So Rosie lets you customize Sense? That would be nice to have.
