Rooted Gingerbread 2.3.2 to 2.3.3

I'm currently running the "monster" file right here: How to: Get Rooted Gingerbread on DROID 2 - Droid Life: A Droid Community Blog

and would like to switch to 2.3.3 so I can use Liberty Gingerbread.

I can't tell if the instructions here: Droid 2 Gingerbread (2.3.3) - Release - PreRooted

apply to me.

Can I get a walkthrough? :<

EDIT: lemme clarify. Do I need to flash all that RSDLite junk and re-SBF or whatever, or can I just load that 2.3.3 leak like I would load any other ROM?

The monster file should be 2.3.3. Its the only leak for the droid 2.
