Rooted Droid X on 2.1, then updated to 2.2 and can't root on it

So i had my droid x rooted on 2.1 then 2.2 came out. W/o unrooting i updated to 2.2 stupidly. Now i cant seem to root on 2.2 despite trying multiple methods...any one know what i can do?

Worst case scenario. Backup what you can... then use the FULL 2.2 SBF.

it could have problems if you didnt unroot before updating.

id suggest keep trying different rooting methods, and if nothing seems to work, use the 2.2 SBF to get back to a stock 2.2 and then root.

Yeah i figured that out after reading up some, the only problem i have is i dont have any idea what im doing if i decide to do the SBF for 2.2 to get back to stock. Kind of afraid ill screw something up and mess up my phone.
