Rezound Update Failing

I have gotten this firmware update three times over the past two weeks. When I go into, Software Update, on my phone under Status, there is a message that says, This update will ptepare your phone for Android 4.0 Ics. However it also says that the upload failed. Any ideas Why? Am I going to have to have WW3 with Verizon?

Any advice would be helpful.. thanks

Ironically I just got the ICS update just now (I must have had to be on Wifi for it). In the status it says there are all these new enhancements, but it looks and acts no different than Gingerbread.

it went through like 4 different updates and finally stopped. It seems cool and faster so far now.
