Rezound Update Fail

Rooted... getting the red triangle on restart.

I read that one person was able to reboot by:

downloading the update from Settings/software update/check new.

The next step advised was to Click on "Status" and then wait.

However, when I start the download... then click Status, I get the message that my update has failed (from my last attempts)

So what do I do now?

Did this yesterday

1. Backup with TI
2. Relock with fastboot
3. Flash updated ROM with RUU
4. Flash Amon Ra Recovery (or CM)
5. Re-root with Amon Ra or CM (Amon Ra is easier IMO)
6. Restore backup with TI

Mine failed twice and im completely stock almost ready to root her just because of it
