Restore ROOT After OTA 9.18.79 & 9.20.1

I wanted to post this one more time, in another section, for those that lost Root due to the OTA update of 9.18.79 & 9.20.1. This is a method to restore Root, if you have a LOCKED BOOTLOADER, this is for you. It is also for you if you have an UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER.
