Really screwed up

So I tried to downgrade my droid incredible to get rid of some annoying issues that a factory restore weren't fixing.

I followed this video

Everything went well until after applying the update my screen wouldnt turn on.
My PC still recognizes the HTC Bootloader. Is there any way to reverse this without access to the screen?

Probably screwed up installing or something. new phone is on its way.

so..... I am out of luck and should get a new phone?

No, just run the 2.2 ruu. It has the drivers needed for an slcd screen.
