Razr Maxx or Droid Fighter

I am deciding which to get, Droid Razr Maxx OR Droid Fighter.

I do enjoy the capacitive buttons of the Razr and really don't mind the 2.3.5/6 that it is currently running. The only thing that really bothers me is if it is worth it to get a .3' bigger screen? I figure you people are x-perts at this sort of thing and I would like your opinion. Do you think it is worth getting a 720p and a 4.6' screen as opposed to a 540p and a 4.3' screen. Please leave your comments in the section below!

Personally, I would wait till the Fighter drops and then pick up the Razr Maxx at a discount

However, it may come down to if you'd prefer to have ICS running natively on your phone; by all appearances the Droid Fighter will be running ICS at launch (why else would it have the larger screen and appear sans standard touch buttons?). Whereas the Razr Maxx may take time to get updated to ICS.
