Call them, talk to them and explain your concerns, be humble but express you're frustration, make sure you tell whoever you are on the phone with that you have nothing against them personally. Ask to speak to a supervisior. If you're persistent and respectful, they will eventually help you.

I may try calling them one last time today. If i don't get anywhere i'll just wait it out. If the tiered plan drops in the meantime I will go over to sprint for unlimited when my contract ends. I dont want to but that's just the way it is.
