Quickclock advanced 1.9.x.x

Hello all,

After awhile of wanting quickclock ver 9 or newer, I decided time to buy it. Went to market clicked buy and signed in. It proceeded to tell me item is not compatible with my device and wouldn't let me download it.

Any chance I can get some help of some sort here? PM me reply whatever works...thanks! :-/
