Quick question

My friends bionic doesn't let her download apps unless she has WiFi , but in the market settings she doesn't have that clicked . Any ideas? It's done it for awhile..

The first things that come to mind are to go into settings and then data manager and make sure data is enabled and then go into data saver and make sure it is not set to only download on wifi

I think there is an option in the data saver menu for wifi only downloads on the bionic.

If the two suggestions above do not work then see if she has any Tasker type app that could be doing that or some other Battery Saving type app (Juice Defender??). As a last resort go into Market settings and check and uncheck the wifi only downloads box. Then if the problem persists try going to Settings/Applications/Manage Applications/All/ Market/Clear Data.

My bionic did the same thing. I called VZ tech support and after pulling battery (which didn't work) they suggested I do a factory reset. That solved the problem.
