My girlfriends bionic showed her that she could update this morning. She is 100% stock. Im running shifter 2.3 and my phone wont receive the update, wont even find it. Not that I wanna apply it, just curious because id like to receive future ota updates. Anyone have an idea why my phone wont locate it.
