Helppp!!!

I recently factory restarted my phone two minutes ago actually and my WiFi works and everything but I can't call or text at all. I've tried texting and calling my friend next to me and even callled my mom same plan from his phone and she said her phone is fine. Any ideas?

Go into Menu>Settings>About Phone>Phone Identity, see if it has your phone number assigned to it. If not you may have to go onto VZW.com and reactivate your phone.
