Problem with Droid Incredible

I have an android incredible by HTC and it was working fine until last night. I use a launcher on it and since last night that no longer works. Also, several apps are force closing and my contacts seem to have dissapeared. The battery has also been dying very fast for the past week.

Maybe some more info would help...what rom are you running? If you're running a rom then try to reinstall after wiping data and cache. Do you have your stuff backed up?
