Power button hard to press... new phone replacement?

Hey guys. I put down my phone yesterday and when I picked it up, I noticed that the power button was hard to press. I know phones have 1 year warranties and I bought my D1 in January so it's okay. I want to bring my phone back but with the news of the D2 and D1's being out of stock, I want to keep my awesome original Droid!

When I bring my phone back, what's going to happen? Will I be optioned the choice of a D2, DX, or DI? Or will I be given a refurbed D1? Thanks and I hope to hear your opinions!

not D2, but yes if they dont have the D1 in stock anymore youll be given the option of the DX or the Dinc

D2 isnt released yet, why would they offer that to u?

Sorry for clarifying but I meant that if I brought the phone in after the 12th (assuming it comes out that day of course)
