Phone turning off randomly

The people at verizon say its not a problem but it is I have got replacement phones and batterys to is it Cus I have 2.2? Droid incredible

I too am VERY interested in an answer to this question. I have the same problem, and have never been able to resolve it. It is one of the big reasons I am going to drop the incredible in favor of something else if it remains unsolved.
