Note 2 doesn't turn on anymore

I have a rooted Note 2. I rebooted phone and was stuck on Samsung screen with Blue notification light on for more than 5 minutes. So, I decided to remove the battery....now it doesn't charge or turn on. It appears phone turned into a brick. any suggestions? Thanks.

Do you recall if you had any battery left prior to this issue. If not, try plugging it into your PC for 4 hours. This should trickle charge the battery. Make sure the PC does not go into sleep mode as charging will stop.
