droid x stuck on bootloader and wont charge

my droid x is stuck on bootloader screen! i bricked my droid x then used rsd lite to restore it, after i restored it, it wouldnt go off the bootloader screen. then the phone died, and everytime i try to turn it on, it says "service reqd and battery low" and when i plug it in to charge, the light stays green and doesn't turn on. Someone pls help!!!

First, you need to find another battery.

Or get your battery charged in a friends X or you can try and be extremely nice and ask a vzw representative to kindly charge it for you
