No Direct Fill = No Preorder

Just got off the line with a rep that had just walked out of Bionic training. She is calling me back when the "preorder store" opens. She said they hear about preorders 3 days in advance but hasn't heard anything yet. Reps are usually the last to know anything, but she seemed to think that they would be doing preorders.
