I just refused to accept thunderbolt package from verizon due to many issues.

Anyone know when to preorder the Bionic?

I assume a week before bionic release on August the 4th

I'm hoping that the phone will be available online a week prior to the stores getting it on Aug 4th, just like the Droid 3 was.

So hopefully July 28th...

Why would you refuse it?

It fixes the reboots, extends the battery life, and makes it run faster.

The only complaint I've seen is a problem with 4g connectivity which apparently a battery pull fixes.

Would a thunderbolt purchased a month ago benefit from the fix? How do you get it?

If one has a contract with Verizon is there any place else you can purchase a phone from to your advantage if you plan to stay with Verizon? Any reason to try to do so?

Any thoughts in migrating from Blackberry to Droid 3 vs. Bionic? Will bionic have swype?
