No 3G/4G in Allentown PA area?

I am unable to get 3G or 4g this afternoon. I toggled airplane mode on and off, powered the phone off and on and also did a "battery removal" with no change. Is anyone else having the same problem or is there something else I am missing? Thank you!

Be sure your data is enabled, not to belittle you, just gotta make sure lol,
Then:
I'd call *611 and tell them that your having an issue with your service. If you've rebooted your phone and tried airplane mode, the only three options left are your simcard and that only affects 4g, then its wither your device or your service. Hope this helps?.

They will have you call back on another line, or call you back. Also, you may get a recording acknowledging service issues in your area

I called and they determined that I need a new SIM card. Heading over to the Verizon store shortly. Thanks for your advice!
