Nexus keeps losing data and phone reception

I just got a nexus since my Bionic was acting up. My data and phone reception have been going out. Is this a common problem for a lot of people right now?

Get a refurb. Its a problem with the LTE radio in some phones.

Mike, being a new phone, it is possible that doesn't have the latest update so make sure all the latest updates have been installed. The update has fixed a lot of the reception issues with the nexus.

And to add onto what Tis said, the latest update is 4.0.4, make sure you have that version.

I have 4.04. Its also a refurbished phone. I am having Verizon send me another one hopefully it works better.
