Newbie to smart phones

Hi - I'm Susan and a CPA beginning a new tax season. I'm also venturing into using a smart phone - Droid Pro. I need some help with email. It's set up and I'm receiving emails, but:

1. Do I need to delete each email on my phone separately, or can I do all of them at once?
2. If I delete it off the phone, how can I delete it off Outlook at my office?
3. Conversely, if I delete off Outlook, how can I delete it off my phone?

Appreciate any help.

Welcome! Good to have you with us. I have a Droid so my experience may be different. I use Exchange with the "corporate" email app that was included on my Droid.

I can do multiple deletes. Tap menu, tap settings, tap batch,

Check the server settings and the email app settings to delete rather than store on server.
