New to Droid

Three questions: Can contacts be alphabetized and organized into separate groups or folders? When deleting emails from both my Gmail account and my separate Roadrunner account on the Droid, it appears that there is no way to delete all my emails at once. I have to check each one off first and then hit delete. I am used to Windows Mobile, where I can delete everything in the delete folder with one click. Lastly, I can get gmail calendar to sync with my outlook on the desktop, but the contacts don't sync with outlook. I had to import then into google first, but each new contact has to be entered into Outlook and the gmail account. Thanks.
