newbie to droid

I have an lg ally droid from verizon. what is a good source for droid info. the little guide from verizon is pretty basic. I am interested in several things I haven.'t been able to find how to auto complete dialed numbers. how to change font size. how to change phone pad to a high contrast instead of white that washes out in the sun thanks
