New user needing help

Hi to all. I am a new user and still learning my way around the phone. I have run in to a problem and I am not sure what to do about it. My phone will not retain music files that I download from my iTunes account. The music appears on the phone for a short period of time but maybe a day or so later, I'll go to My Music, and everything is gone. Does anyone have any experience with this particular problem?

sounds very strange. can you explain how you are loading the music to the phone and where you are loading it to. Also can you see the files using "My Files" file explorer.
