Installed this morn over Darkslide. Wiped Data / Cache.

Wireless tether not working... it may have tried to be installed from my cached applications. Not sure.

Application manager won't let me uninstall it either.

I installed this version. It is a RC. Still needs some clean up.

Most definitely needs a toolbox interface. Needing to use Terminal Emulator to use the toolbox is a step backwards.

Man, from the ways its sounding ill just stick with the previous verision of Apex (1.3.1? I think it is). Dont mind the terminal too much, so thats not really a big deal to me. Just sounds like theres some issues. Was really looking forward to this release, Ive tried every other ROM and I constantly find myself comparing it to Apex and end up coming back to it.
Surprised there's not more from Fab on the forums regarding this release.

Not sure this was intended for posting. Twitter reads like he is putting these out to testers and anyone risky enough to grab it. Don't think it is intended for day to day installation yet.

im running in it just fine.... dont use wireless tether so that doesn't bother me...... so far so good.... using terminal emulator isnt a problem either just a longer process.....

It is in RC 2 condition. Full 1.4 version is expected to come out later tonight. Do NOT install RC2 unless you wish to be one of the testers. Just wait it out for few more hours. Looks like its going to be pretty good update.

Running ApeX 1.4.0 RC2 now. I miss the rotary lockscreen from Liberty.

However, battery performance is much better on Apex than on Liberty 1.5 for sure.

If you like the rotary lockscreen (like I do) just use WidgerLocker. I love it now... and Apex is awesome... I'm running RC2 over RC1 over 1.3.1 with no wipe and I'm having no FC or other issues.
